You can get started with Infince in five easy steps. No credit card details required. First, sign up on the Infince Enterprise Application Cloud platform. Then set up your organization with the basic details. Once your organization is set up, map your domain to get started. Now invite your team members and users to begin collaborating on Infince.
On signing up with the Infince Enterprise Application Cloud platform, you get instant access to the Infince Productivity apps with a 14-day free trial.
2. How can my team start accessing Infince?
You need to invite your team members to enable them to start using Infince. Other than that, your team would just need a supported device (Desktop, Laptop, Chromebook, Tablet, or Smartphone) and internet access.
3. Where is my data stored on Infince?
Infince uses Virtual Private Server (VPS) to store all your data, which is accessible only to your company. Except for the files allowed to be downloaded, no other data can be saved on personal phones or systems. This secures your data when shared and accessed from different devices and locations. This also eases sharing files and documents with guest users. Share docs with user controls to ensure enhanced data safety.
4. Can I purchase beyond 20 GB storage on Infince?
Yes, you can purchase extra storage anytime you want. Storage can be upgraded for different types – Files, & System.
If you are the admin, additional storage can be purchased by going to the Storage Allocation section within the Administration tab.
5. Can I choose a server configuration that suits my business needs?
Yes. Our Starter Pack begins with 2vCPU, 4GB RAM. You can upgrade your server configuration anytime you like.
Along with the Starter Pack Infince gives you three upgrade options:

After the trial period, a $100 redeemable is credit added to your account. You can redeem this by adding your card details. The $100 redeemable credit is not applicable for the Infince Phone System.
